From the platform, navigate to Datatables → Go to datatable → Eksport
Import Data from Excel
Uploading Data:
If you have customer information in an Excel file (e.g., customer name, personal identification number, account number, purchase amount, etc.), you can import this data into a datatable.
During the import, a new data table is created in Uniify, where each row represents a customer.
Unique Customer ID:
To use data from the datatable in flows, it is necessary for each customer to have a unique ID (eg., personal identification number). This ID is used to identify and retrieve specific data for each customer.
