Introducing Our New Case Notes Feature

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature on our platform: Case Notes This feature gives you the flexibility to add and manage notes directly within a case, making it easier than ever to keep track of important details and decisions.

How Can You Use Case Notes?

  1. Directly in the Case:

    Navigate to any case, select "Notes" from the menu on the left, and start adding your thoughts. Here, you can easily write and review all the notes associated with that case.

  2. During Status Changes:

    When updating the status of a case, you'll now see a note field where you can add comments. This is especially useful for explaining why a case should be approved or rejected, ensuring that all decisions are well-documented.

Customizing Your Notes

Every time you add a note, you can choose to include it in the case’s PDF report. This allows for flexibility in how notes are used—whether they’re internal notes meant for your eyes only or external notes that others may need to review.

With this feature, you can streamline your documentation process, making it easier to keep comprehensive records that suit your needs.
