If your client cannot find the email invitation or if the workflow was created without an email, you can manually retrieve and share the link to the case.
How to Copy a Flow Link
Navigate to Uniify → Cases.
Select the case you want to send a link for.
Locate the entity for the flow on the right side of the screen under Main entity or Other entities (depending on what flow you need the link for).
Select Copy flow link.
You can now paste the link into an email or any other communication channel to share it with your client.
