Resend Invitation Manually

Guide to manually resending invitations to a flow in Uniify.

You can automate reminders for invitations, so they are resent after a chosen number of days. For more details, see the article on Expiration Dates and Reminders. If you wish to set this up, please contact our support team, who are ready to assist you.

Alternatively, you can always resend an invitation manually for cases marked as 'In progress'.

How to Resend an Invitation to a Flow

  1. Navigate to Uniify → Cases.

  2. Locate the case you wish to resend the invitation for.

  3. Find the Main entity (the flow that has already been sent) on the right-hand side of the screen.

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the came of the client under Main entity.

  5. Click Re-send invite.

This manual option provides a quick way to ensure your customers receive the necessary information to participate in the flow, especially if they missed the initial invitation.
