Customizing Case Settings in Uniify

We offer flexible case settings that help structure communication with your customers and ensure efficient case management. While these settings are not yet accessible to clients, our team can configure them for you upon request.

How Case Settings Work

Case settings allow for customization of case expiration rules, automated reminders, and data management options, helping you streamline your processes.

If you would like any of these settings adjusted for your company, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Case Expiration Settings

By adjusting expiration settings, you can maintain structured communication and ensure that cases are managed efficiently.

Customization Options:

  • Direct or Started Expiration (in days):
Defines how long a case remains open after a customer has started the flow but not completed it (statuses: Opened or In Progress).

  • Invited Expiration (in days):
Specifies the number of days after which an unopened invitation to a flow expires.

  • Submitted Expiration (in days):
Sets how long a case remains active after documents have been signed but the flow is not yet completed.

Automated Reminders

To improve completion rates, you can enable automatic reminders for customers with incomplete flows. Our team can configure reminders to be sent at specific intervals or allow you to send them manually when needed.

Customization Options:

  • Send reminder (in days):
Defines how often customers receive reminders to complete a pending flow.

Auto-Clean Case Rules

To manage and control data efficiently, we offer automatic deletion and archiving rules based on time-based criteria.

Customization Options:

  • Days: Defines how long cases remain in the system before an action occurs.

  • Actions: Choose whether cases should be deleted or archived.

  • Date Field: Determines whether the rule is based on the created date or last modified date of a case.

These settings provide greater control over case management and ensure that your data is handled according to your company’s needs.
