If a link to a flow is not working, there may be several reasons for this. Here are some steps you can take to identify and resolve the issue.
1. Check if the case has expired
If a case has expired, the link will no longer be active. In this case, the customer will need to create a new case. Read more about the different case statuses here.
You can also read more about case expiration settings here. If cases frequently expire before customers complete the flow, it may be a good idea to adjust the case settings accordingly.
2. Try opening the flow
Navigate to the customer's flow and attempt to open it. If an error occurs, it may indicate a technical issue.
3. Copy and send the link directly to the customer
If the flow can be opened, you can copy the link to the flow and send it directly to the customer. Follow the guide here to copy the flow link here.
4. The customer still cannot open the link
If the customer is still unable to open the flow, it could be due to:
Browser settings or cache issues β ask the customer to try a different browser or clear cache and cookies.
Network restrictions β ask the customer to try a different network or device.
