If you want to check how far your client is in completing the flow, you can do so directly from their case. This feature is also useful if your client encounters issues in the flow - whether they don’t understand a question or face a technical issue - so you can assist them or provide details when contacting our support team.
How to Check Client Progress
Navigate to Uniify → Cases.
Select the case you want to check.
Locate the entity for the flow on the right side of the screen under 'Main entity' or 'Other entities' (depending on whether multiple flows are associated with the case).
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the name of the flow you want to check.
Select 'View flow as end customer'.
This allows you to see the flow exactly as your client sees it, making it easier to guide them through any questions they find confusing or to identify technical issues before reaching out to support.
