Create Cases

These options offer flexibility in how you invite your customers to participate in the flow and complete their tasks.

When creating cases in Uniify, there are several options available.

Navigate to UniifyCasesCreate Case → Specify Case Template → Fill in the required fields.

Options

  • Generate a Link: After creating a case, you can obtain a direct link to the flow for that specific case. It is always an option to create an automatic link from the dashboard. This link can be sent to the customer via email or other channels. Avoid filling out the email field, as the customer then will receive an invitation by email instead and no link will be created. You will find the link at the top of the cases overview.


Please note that the link will not remain accessible if you refresh the page or navigate away from the overview shortly after.

  • Send an Email Invitation: Alternatively, you can send an invitation directly to the customer via email through Uniify, if this feature is enabled. Remember to fill out the email field. This provides the customer with direct access to the flow via the sent invitation.

  • Generic link: A generic link can also be created, which can be placed on, for example, a button on a website. Contact our support for more information.
