Our delete options give you the flexibility to manage your cases in a way that best suits your needs.

How to Archive and Delete a Case

You can archive cases that are no longer relevant and then permanently delete them. Follow these steps to manage case deletion in Uniify:

1. Archive a Case

If a case is no longer relevant, you can choose to archive it. Archived cases are preserved but are not active in the system.

  • Navigate to Uniify → Cases

  • Click the three dots (⋮) on the case you wish to archive.

  • Click Archive.

  • You can also select the cases you wish to archive and click the Archive button.

2. Permanently Delete a Case

After a case has been archived, you have the option to permanently delete it if desired.

  • Go to Cases → Filter the view to show only archived cases.

  • Click the three dots (⋮) on the case you wish to delete.

  • Click Delete.

  • You can also select the cases you wish to delete and click the Permanently Delete button.


Please note that permanently deleting cases removes all data and information associated with the specific case.
