What should be entered in the 'Reference' field?

The "Reference" field is displayed in the case overview when it is filled in. The field is not mandatory, and cases can easily be created without it being completed.

The field can, for example, be used to enter a customer number or other relevant information that may be useful. It is entirely up to the individual whether โ€“ and how โ€“ they wish to use it.
