Edit User Details in Uniify

Depending on the access (user role) you have been assigned in Uniify, you have the ability to edit your user information.

You can edit the following details:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Password

  • Notifications

How to Edit Your User Information

  1. Navigate to Uniify.

  2. Go to the Users tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find the user details you wish to edit.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Click Update User to save the changes.

How to Change Your Email Notification Settings

You have the option to receive email notifications when a flow is completed. To set up or adjust your notification preferences, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Uniify.

  2. Go to the Users tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. Under user settings, you will find the section for notifications regarding completed consent.

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • No notification emails (default): You will not receive email notifications when a flow is completed.

    • Notification emails only for assigned invitations: You will receive an email each time a user you have created a flow for completes the flow.

    • Notification emails for all consents: You will receive an email each time a flow is completed, regardless of which user created it.

5. Make your changes and click Update User to save.
