Customizing Case Settings in Uniify

In Uniify, under your team settings, you will find Case Settings. These settings allow you to manage your case settings in a way that fits your company.


How to Access

Navigate to Uniify โ†’ Settings โ†’ Case Settings.

Settings for expiration of cases

By adjusting the expirations settings, you can maintain a more structured communication with your customers and ensure that your cases are managed efficiently.

Customization Options:

  • Direct or Started Expiration (in days):

    • Change the expiration for opened flows and pending cases.

    • Define the number of days after which a case expires once the customer has opened or started the flow (status: 'Opened' or 'In progress') but has not yet finished it.

  • Invited Expiration (in days):

    • Change the expiration for invited flows.

    • Define the number of days after which an unopened invitation to a flow expires.

  • Submitted Expiration (in days):

    • Change the expiration for cases where documents has been signed but the flow is not yet completed.

    • Define the number of days after which the case expires once the flow has been submitted but not completed.

Send Reminders

You can set reminders to help engage your customers and ensure the completion of the flow. Reminders can be scheduled to be sent every x number of days until the flow is either completed or expires according to the above settings. You can also send a manual reminder at any time.

Customization Options:

  • Send reminder (in days):

    • How often a customer should receive reminders for an incomplete flow.

    • Define the number of days after which a customer receives a reminder to complete the sent flow.

Auto-Clean Cases Rules

Our deletion rules allows you to manage and control your data more efficiently. You can select the number of days as a criterion for deletion, choose an action, and define the date field from which the action will count.

Customization Options:

  • Days: Number of days after which the action should occur.

  • Actions: Define the action to be taken (delete or archive).

  • Date Field: The date field from which the action will be counted ('created' or 'last modified').
